Boston Wharf sold ten of its buildings to the HDG Mansur Capital Group, LLC from Indianapolis for $92 million dollars. All of the buildings are leased to Thomson Financial Services until 2014. With a total of 386,000.00 square feet, all leased the price for the old brick and post beam warehouses comes to $238/sq. ft. According to their websiteis the entity, and HDG Mansur Capital Group LLC is the holding company for HDG Mansur Group Cos which sponsors and develops international real estate investments.
